Booking deposit is £150 and remainder is due 6 weeks before occupation.

Refundable security deposit of £150 also required at time of final payment. This deposit may be higher at certain periods.

This deposit must be in the form of cleared funds prior to the date of your stay. If the booking is at short notice the deposit will need to be either cash or paypal funds. The deposit will be banked, and refunded shortly after your stay.
