Candlemas is a luxury 19th Century 2 bedroom Grade II listed cottage, built around 1850

The cottage itself is arranged on three floors, sleeping 4 or up to 6 (snugly ) plus room for a travel cot, if needed.

The cottage is beautifully appointed with modern luxuries such as flat screen TV 's in each bedroom, and the lounge, SKY, DVD ,CD Player,.The cottage still retains many original features, such as original beams, nooks and brickwork, and is full of traditional Cotswold charm.

The ground floor comprises of a lounge, and kitchen, and access to the secluded courtyard garden., complete with patio furniture. A sofa bed is available when accommodation for 6 is required.

The bedrooms are all furnished with high quality bedding from Sandersons,and Bedeck. All pillows and Duvets are anti allergy, for your comfort. All bedding is also washed in Eco freindly products.

On the first floor is the master bedroom, with King-size leather bed. The large shower room is also located on this floor.

On the second floor is the 2nd bedroom, with twin beds.

Children are always welcome at Candlemas. As we have 3 children of our own we know what it is like having to take everything with you. So for your convenience we can provide you with, a travel cot , high chair, blankets, listening monitor, assorted teddies, ( if needed!), a buggy, and various toys, including a Playstation 2 for the older ones!

There is no parking allocated to the cottage, but there is parking readily available in the street adjacent to the cottage.

If there is anything that we can provide for you, or have waiting for you, to make your holiday with your young ones easier, please just let us know in advance, and we will do all we can to help.....we know what it’s like !
